So I wanted to do somethings that was sparkly, reminded me of the ocean and mermaid(ish) so this is the look that I came up with. This look was so easy to do and I'm really glad it turned out the way it did. I love that its bright but not in your face over whelming bright! You could go all out with this look if you added lashes and maybe some rhinestones but I kept it fairly simple since I was going to work. I hope you guys like this look.
